Fowey Christmas Market 2011
Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th November
10am to 4pm each day
Thanks to everyone who has been giving us feedback. We estimate that around 1500-2000 visitors attended the market over the weekend. Typical of comments received was 'I would like to thank you for a wonderful weekend's event. The hall looked fabulous, there was plenty of space for traders and visitors alike, and the range of stalls was fantastic. You did a first class job of organising the whole event, traders, music, refreshments and decorations to name but a few'
The reults of a survey we did indicated that almost all visitors had already visited the town shops, or planned to after visiting the market, so the event was certainly good for the whole town. Next year, the event will be even bigger and better - if we can find a way of making it even better than 'brilliant' or 10/10 as rated by most visitors!
